Its a native VLAN mismatch. This explains it.

Hi all
Here is the scenario.
I have 6509 switch and 4006 switch connected through 2 fiber cables.
I have bonded these cables to create more bandwidth by doing gigabit
etherchanneling.
Now, from 6509 switch I telnet into 4006 switch and saw followings;
2001 Sep 06 13:55:48 %SPANTREE-2-RX_1QPVIDERR: Rcved pvid_inc BPDU on 1Q
port 2/
2 vlan 10
2001 Sep 06 13:55:48 %SPANTREE-2-RX_BLKPORTPVID: Block 2/2 on rcving vlan 10
for
inc peer vlan 11
2001 Sep 06 13:55:48 %SPANTREE-2-TX_BLKPORTPVID: Block 2/2 on xmtting vlan

r inc peer vlan
2001 Sep 06 13:55:48 %SPANTREE-2-TX_BLKPORTPVID: Block 2/1 on xmtting vlan

r inc peer vlan
2001 Sep 06 13:55:49 %SPANTREE-2-RX_1QPVIDERR: Rcved pvid_inc BPDU on 1Q

2001 Sep 06 13:55:50 %SPANTREE-2-TX_BLKPORTPVID: Block 2/3 on xmtting vlan

2001 Sep 06 13:55:50 %SPANTREE-2-RX_BLKPORTPVID: Block 2/3 on rcving vlan 10

2001 Sep 06 13:55:50 %SPANTREE-2-RX_1QPVIDERR: Rcved pvid_inc BPDU on 1Q

2001 Sep 06 13:55:50 %SPANTREE-2-RX_1QPVIDERR: Rcved pvid_inc BPDU on 1Q

It kept going on and on. Do you know why it happens and how to stop it?
When I did "sh trunk" trunk on 4006 switch, it was on with dot1q.
