Do you have the command "multiring all" on the Token Ring interfaces of
R1 and R2?

If you have IP enabled on the 3920, can you ping the TrBRF?

HSRP Should work on Token Ring, issues arrise with the functional
address picked..

Subject: 3920 question

If I have this:

R1------------------3920--------------------R2
        Ring 10 Bridge 2 Ring 20

CRTRF 10 and CRTRF 20 are children of TRBRF 2. Should I be able to ping
from R1 to R2? If so, and I set up HSRP, should it work? I can't ping
across it. I'ts my first time working with one of these things beyond
just
setting up a bridge/ring relationship and I can't believe how much
trouble
I'm having.

One more question: What show or debug command can I use to see that R1
can
reach R2 if I can't ping? Does anyone have a good link for this?

Thanks.

Matt
