I am assuming that you have just one AC power supply. Are you getting the
same result when you put the power supply in the other slot and try to turn
the switch on? Can you see if one of the pins where the power supply
connects to the mainboard is bent or broken? Does the connector on the back
of the power supply itself look to be in good condition (ie. nothing stuck
in the connector)?

Other than this, I would agree with everyone else and say to remove all of
the modules and see if it will come up.
