I just got a set of boot roms without paying for them. I told TAC that
the current boot roms did not met Y2K and they agreed and sent out a new
set.

Anyway you can usually pick up a pair of the boot roms for the 2500
series routers for around $10.00 on ebay from auctions.

Auctions@lot20.com is a bigger seller on ebay with lots of boot roms for
all major routers and switches.

Here is a current link to an auction of 2500 series boot roms.

Subject: 2500 boot roms

What revision of the boot roms should I be running in my 2501 and 2511
routers? How can I obtain the latest roms? I just called TAC but the
person told me I had to pay for them...

Thanks,

Kelly
