If we have 2 router running dlsw, how to check that there is connectivity
between their lan interface without having real host?

-- r1 ---------- r2 ---
eht token ring

I can use show bridge to make sure the eth has became a part of dlsw:

Total of 300 station blocks, 295 free
Codes: P - permanent, S - self

Bridge Group 1:

Address Action Interface Age RX count TX count
0004.4d95.be9c forward DLSw Port0 0 13 0
0004.4d95.be96 forward FastEthernet0 0 13 0

But I want to simulate so the counter is not showing '0'
Can we use router as a fake host?
I'm thinking about bridging IP or IPX packet between two router behind r1
and r2, but have no change to test it in lab yet.

thanks for the responses
