Hi Phil,

The DLCI USAGE of UNUSED tells us that we have not yet configured this PVC,
and the PVC STATUS of ACTIVE tells us that the remote end of this PVC is up
and talking to the frame relay switch (even though they may not have
configured this PVC on their router at the other end).
