I've seen this before. I would ignore the config output and focus on your
show commands to verify your configuration.

Subject: OSPF priority

Hi, CCIELab:

I did the following configuration:

inter s1/0 <======Branch
encap fram
ip ospf prio 10

router ospf 1

neigh 64.108.254.101 prio 10

The first time, I "show run", I can see everything is OK. But after some
seconds, I find the "neigh 64.108.254.101 prio 10" change to "neigh
64.108.254.101 prio 1" automatically.

Why!!! My IOS ver is 12.0.7T &12.0.5T1.

Pls help me!!!

Best Regards!!!
