OT: 1751-V 64 DIMM $3000 ?

We are looking for max. the RAM for a 1751-V to 128MB by adding a 64 MB
DIMM. Cisco part # is MEM1700-64D=. Cisco list price is over $3000!

Anyone know what type of RAM is 1751-V is using? Tried www.crucial.com but
cannot find exact match for the RAM.
