At the first scan I can see that the client configured as ppp callback
accept (server should have this). The client should be the requester. Also
the load-threshold, I did not get the point of this, I think there are some
loose ends to combine this command to. If the condition matches what would
you like the action to be? May be missing multilink command? What is the
access list 199? Where is the dial1 map-class?
Just my 2 cents.
