Here's my undertsanding:
1. input-*-filter works with IPX RIP.
2. distribute-list works for IPX EIGRP (well hidden in comments in the 12.0
docs).
3. NLSP is a link-state protocol, and as such it must maintain an identical
database (including SAPs) on all routers.
   The sad thing is, that you can type the distribute-sap-list command under
ipx router nlsp, but to no avail.
