I am sorry to be reading the content of this thread.
I am not sure that what is being suggested has actually occured.
It seems as if the changes in the lab and the economy have affected
us all to some degree. What was a stressfull, long task seems to
have been changed and the economics of the market tend to work to undermine
our incentives.
I for one think we have a better chance if we all continue to work
together. Things change and evolve over time and sometimes it appears that thin
gs experience dips. As Paul said we should be attempting to improve the quality
of board, rather then resigning.
These frustrated and bitter words do not help out community evolve toward somet
hing better.
