>From the CCO: "All networks on which NLSP is enabled must fall under the
area address prefix. This configuration is for future compatibility. When
Level 2 NLSP becomes available, the only route advertised for the area will
be the area address prefix (the prefix represents all networks within the
area)."
In other words, don't worry about the area-address, since it is for "future
compatibility". It is supposed to be able to control which neighbors it will
form with, but the way it stands right now you really prevent nlsp from
forming adjacencies by specifying the area address. I just use 'area-address
0 0'

Daniel

Subject: IPX NLSP area-address mask
Can someone please point me to a link regarding NLSP area-address masks. A
link that also includes hex mask info in general would be handy.
TIA.
