You would need to got to rommon and change it there - or you could guess
depending on which you could do more quickly.

                Please note under the 2500's I own I can set the speed to
115200. The config
                is as follows:

                Conf t
                Line 0
                Speed 115200
                end

                Note that this is running 12.0.9 IOS IP only.

                You can also break into ROM mode at boot and change the
console speed
                setting there.
