Jason,
ODR is used primarily for hub and stub type of networks. On the stub router
define a static route pointing to the hub. On the hub, configure "router
ODR". Do your redistribution into your other IGP if there're other routing
protocols in your network and you want the ODR routes advertised to the rest
of the network.
