I don't know about the conversion you are asking, but I had the same problem wi
th 2
MC3810s. The images I use is: mc3810-a2isv5-mz_120-7_XK2.bin with the requireme
nts of 8
Flash and 64 DRAM. The bootroms were old and would not recognize 64 DRAM. With
64 RAM in
the routers, booting only recognized 16 RAM and keep recycling after trying to
load a 64
DRAM image in 16 DRAM recognized space.

d" boot
