Thanks all who replied to me querry,
I used the priority and it works fine, I did not know that neighbor priority
does not work for the multipoint interface, The strange thing is it modifies
the running config, Hence if you do not pay attention and make some other
changes and do a write mem this new config is written in the nvram, I
thought i was drunk to see my config changing again and again.
