It took me 3 or 4 weeks of persistent phone calls to get my refund. I would
suggest that you ask for the person's name who is handling your refund. This
is really important. If they try to blow you off by telling you that a
certain department is handling it, GET SOMEONE'S NAME. Call that person
every day until you get your money. Once they see you are serious about
getting your money, they should go ahead and give you the refund. I finally
got mine after lots of calls. Needless to say (but I'll go ahead and say
it), I will not buy from them again.

Also, I wouldn't suggest calling them for advice on what equip to buy. I
wanted to try to see if any of their people really knew what they were
doing, so I tried a little test of calling them and "playing dumb." I called
one of their salespeople to ask what they would suggest for a certain
scenario (I already knew what I needed to get the job done), and they were
way off base on their response. In general, I would try to finf equip from
independent sellers on ebay. You can get a better price that way.

My 2 cents,
Bob
