Does A No-Show Count As An Attempt?

Thanks to all who answered my earlier question.

Better put, does a no-show count as a lab attempt? I realize it's too late
to exchange or cancel, I'm just trying to find out if it counts as an
attempt, or if I do have to attempt again within six months.
