I had almost a similar problem with the 2513, the router would start to
reload every 15 sec.... It was working fine until I started configuring BGP
on it. Anyways I did change the config register to boot without a config
and it worked, the router wasn't rebooting itself anymore. I then decided
to change the IOS from 12.0(6) to 12.0(9), and everything is fine now.

I am going to try and recreate the problem.

btw... 16MB Flash, and 8 Dram on the router.

Nicolas,

Try breaking the router to rommon mode, then use the following command:

o/r 0x2142

This will boot the router without the config.
