MPLS on Ethernet/FastEthernet Sub-interface

I am trying to configure MPLS between 3 routers (2 3600 and 1 2600) and I am
using sub interface with dot1q trunking to create a full mesh MPLS core but I
cant seems to get tags assinged to the sub interface port.

On one of the 3600 I am not using any subinterface and everything is working
fine. I am running 12.0(7) T enterprise on all 3 routers.

I cant seems to find anything on CCO that about this problem.
