Dialer watch problem with ppp callback

I have 2 routers named r1 and r2. R1 is the ppp callback server and r2 is
the callback client. PPP callback works fine. The problem starts when i
start using dialer watch. R2 is watching a route (a loopback on r1) and when
the route disappears it dials r1 with the dial reason the watched route is
down. However since R2 is a callback client ,it is supposed to wait for the
callback to be completed from R1. Instead it just keeps dialing a lot of
times. How do i make r2 wait for the callback to be completed ?
I setup enable time-out on r1 to 15 and wait for carriertime out on R2 to
30. Still no luck.how ISDN history shows atleast about 20 attempts to call
R1.

ppp callback and dialer watch work fine independently. No problems there
untill i combine them. Sorry about the typos Its crunch time guys.

configs attached.

Appreciate any help here.

Cheers,Padhu
