Opening Cisco Doc CD files from Windows Explorer

Is there someway to open the CD Doc files from Windows Explorer?

I would like to browse through the directories but when I select
documents, it opens my browser and the document is garbage. I'm sure
that this has to do with it opening it as file:// instead of
localhost://
