I discovered later hat my config was wrong. I later only had it on one end
and it worked fine with both ends Dialer profile or one end legacy.

I have used dialer profiles and not needed "ip ospf demand-circuit" on both
ends. I only used it on the stub end and it worked fine. The "ip ospf
demand-circuit" should only be used on the stub end. Here are the configs I
