Buy more flash.
That image is already compressed. That's what the "mz" in the filename
signifies.
mzmaker is useful only when:
* The image you have is not already compressed. [1]
* You don't have enough flash to hold the uncompressed image.
* You have enough main RAM to hold the uncompressed image plus run the
router.
[1] This is typically the case only on routers that normally "run from
flash" such as the 2500 series and the early 1600s. As flash for
these routers is now relatively cheap, it would make sense in most
cases to just buy more flash than to use mzmaker and consume main
memory with the image. Most if not all images for other than "run
from flash" routers are already compressed.
Watch the boot sequence. If after the boot loader you see "Uncompressing
the image" followed by a bunch of #######, then the image is already
compressed. That screen output is showing the process of uncompressing
the image from flash and writing it to RAM.
