Fragment Timeout

Does anyone know how to (if you can) increase the timeout value for
Fragmentation/Reassembly. I have a link that has major delay and timeouts
when trying to receive supplemental frags. If you look below you will see
this happening from the debug output, also you can see the frag timeout
statistics by typing sho ip traffic. So does anyone know how to increase
that time?
