This is a lay 2/3 mapping problem. Suppose the called router should create a
dynamic map for the incoming call. For some reasons which I have not yet
found, but I guess it is SPID, the dynamic map is not working correctly. Do
a "sh dial map" at the called router after the ISDN line is up, you might
find something.
