i dont know exactly why u r getting this message but i may share my ideas
with u
try to change the ospf network under your loopback interface to
point-to-point to let the /28 network appear as subnet instead of single
host and see if the message disappear
int loo0
ip ospf network point-to-point
ip address ....
!
just shot in the dark but it may work
