hmm, that's interesting. Configs look ok to me. My only comment is that
dialplan will show you all destinations in order that they were matched. So
when you try to show dialplan with 918005551212, the first destination match
should be dial-peer 91, is it not?

I wish "csim start xxxxxxx" and "debug voip inout" showed the results of
default digit stripping and prefixing
