ACLs

Hi all

Can somebody help to clarify the difference between ACL in bound and out bound
.

For example i have a scenario where i need to allow web traffic (WWW) from a
particular subnet to that server this acl has to be applied inside interface
as in bound..

I have router with one e0 and s0, E0 is connected to my web server and s0 conne
cted
to Internet, I need to apply ACL at e0 as inbound..
