Hello,
A late collison is a collison that occurs after the preable has allready
been sent out. This means that a device on the ether either did not
"hear" the preable or is jabbering. Usually when I see this it is
because of a duplex mismatch however a fualty nic can produce the same
error. I would check your server's speed and duplex and hardset the
switch's duplex and speed. You will need to bounce your duplex and speed
on that port to reenable it.
