summarization technique

I have a problem summarizing form say ospf with 29 bit mask to igrp with 28
bit mask. I can do from any bit to 24 bit.

example summarise 134.166.32.1-4/ 255.255.255.248 ospf so that igrp with 28
bit mask can see the route. I know the command but cannot do the conversion
in binary. Note I am able to do /24 bit.

Any sample conversion will be appreciated
