It is not out of the ordinary for a company to take 30 days to issue a
refund. This isn't some shirt you returned to a department store and they
cash you out right there from the register. Granted you don't want to hear
such things when you are on the receiving end but that's just a way of
life. Not defending Mentor nor attacking them. I am simply stating how it
is in the real world.
