dlsw mask

It's late and I may be seeing things strangely. Is the following correct?

dlsw icanreach mac-address 4000.3745.0000 mask ffff.ffff.ffff
This command only includes the MAC address 4000.3745.0000. No other
MAC addresses will pass this mask.

  dlsw icanreach mac-address 4000.0000.3745 mask ffff.0000.ffff
This command includes all the MAC addresses in this range: 4000.XXXX.3745
where XXXX is 0x0000-0xFFFF.

So what this is saying is that it is just the opposite of an IP ACL. A one
means match exactly and a zero means "doesn't have to match". Do I have
this right?

Thanks everyone,
David
