memory upgrade problem

Hi,

I upgraded the memory on my 2500 series routers. I removed the existing module
and added the new 16 MB module(all same brand and part number). Some routers
shows 14336K/2048K bytes of memory, and some of them shows 16384K/2048K bytes
of memory. Is it a problem? Anybody could explain why?

Cisco 2511 (68030) processor (revision M) with 14336K/2048K bytes of memory.
cisco 2500 (68030) processor (revision D) with 16384K/2048K bytes of memory.
