It is "safer" to do all ppp configuration parameters on the physical
interface. The only thing that you need on the dialer interface is 'encap
ppp'. The other suggestions were right now. You need to do a 'callback
request' and 'callback accept' on the calling and called router
respectively.

I believe the ppp callback request/accept statements should be on the Dialer
interface, not the BRI interface (correct me if I am wrong group). Also,
place ppp auth chap statement on the Dialer interface. Don't know if this
will make any difference, unfortunately I don't have an ISDN sim/line to
test this.
