To get EIGRP to work in a hub and spoke nbma network, you only need the
spokes to form adjacencies with the hub - its not like OSPF with the DR,
BDR, etc.

The other thing you need to do is disable split horizon on the hub - so the
spoke advertisements will be readvertised out to the other spokes
