Your best bet is always to convert to binary when doing funky
access-lists. If you set the last bit to always be a 1 then it will only
match odd numbers.
access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.1 0.0.0.254 (all odd numbered addresses
from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255)
