I also have two routers left in my home lab after I passed a few months ago:
1. 2502 (8Mb flash, 16Mb DRAM), IBM 8228 MAU, token-ring type-1 cable, $500
2. 4500M (8Mb flash, 32Mb DRAM), NP-1Rv2 token ring module, $800

Please let me know if you are interested.
regards,
YC

Ravi,
I have two routers for sale:

2524 with 16 / 8 - $750US
        1 serial card
        1 serial card
        1 NT1 BRI card

SM25-T1 - $100US
Goes in the 2524, but there's no room for it

AGS+ - $175US
        10 ethernet
        6 serial

Plus shipping. The AGS+ is kind of heavy, but the rest is reasonable.

I was trying to build a lab, but didn't have the money to get the rest of
the routers I would need. I'm using the lab here at work, instead.
