Hmm sounds like someone wants revenge. Yes you can lock the console port
with the no exec option under line con 0
you will need to do a password recovery on the router to bypass the config
and remove the commands. Turn off the router then back and and do control
break. depending on your router, you will need to follow certain password
recovery options. cisco website has them all under password recovery
