Garry: The host-netbios-out filter works fine with the host on
ethernet. Use the hostname in the reachability cache - DLSW uses all
CAPS, MS windows is not case sensitive. Recall that this filter is
applied to NetBIOS name-queries so it should be configured on the router
initiating the connection, not the router with the target host.
