The Lord Nelson is the closest, about a 3 min walk to the Terra building.
Another option is the Garden Inn. I stayed there last time and it was
great, $80 Cisco rate per night. Breakfast served in the morning. Radisson
is very close to and I think they have a data port in the room w/ free
internet access (don't quote me on that).
