I would expect this from my users but...

A little tip, anytime you receive a message that says you must do something
then forward the message to everyone you know is probably not something you
want to do.

Anyway. This is a virus hoax. Check

The SULFNBK.EXE is a real executable found in win98. It has something to do
with long file names.
