Works for me...

This is my 1601R running:

R1#sh ver

IOS (tm) 1600 Software (C1600-BNOR2SY56I-M), Version 12.0(8), RELEASE
SOFTWARE
fc1)

c1600-bnor2sy56i-mz.120-8.bin is as close as the 1600 series has to an
'Enterprise' type image -- actually called "IP/IPX/AT/IBM/FW PLUS IPSEC
56" -- about a 4.2 MB image.

R1#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
R1(config)#int ?
