I'm interested in seeing the "show dialer" on both ends while connected...
Remember your pings may go out just fine (debug ip packet detail or debug
dialer to see), but if they can't come back, you're SOL (same debugs may
help)...

OK as per popular deman i have added the name to the dial map. below are
the configs as you can see if you ping from r3 to r5 the link comes up but
no traffic can pass with the dial map on both routers (regardles if i have
the name in map statment or not) if i remove the dial map statment from
either router it works as its suposed to (one side can bring up the link and
all traffic passes both ways) see sh dialer map bellow while the link is up
