Yes, all that talk of VLANs is kind of confusing, but it sounds to me like
you have it right. The thing to realize is that a TrBRF is equivalent to
an Ethernet VLAN so in order to have connectivity between any rings on
different TrBRF's you will need a router (just like with ethernet
vlans). However, on a single TrBRF you can have multiple TrCRFs (rings)
that can bridge between each other. So if you have two rings that
shouldn't talk to each other via bridging, then I think having two TrBRFs
(one for each TrCRF) would be the easiest way to do it.
