Sorry guys,
I should have looked at the ccbootcamp site before I go wasting bandwidth
and posting stuff here. Anyway, for those interested the right answer can
be found here: http://www.ccbootcamp.com/lab_faq.htm#Lab 17
thanks,
Luke

Subject: Question on CCbootcamp Lab 17
Ok guys,
Lab 17 section four task two
Priority queueing
5. says to configure ip multicast to highest priority and set default
datagram size 15
6. ipx packet larger than 1500 bytes set to medium and datagram size to 20
7. ipx packet less than 1500 bytes to normal and datagram size to 30
8. ip is to be set at normal and datagram size to 20
here is my config:
priority-list 1 protocol ip high tcp pim-auto-rp
priority-list 1 protocol ipx medium gt 1500
priority-list 1 protocol ipx normal lt 1500
priority-list 1 protocol ip normal
priority-list 1 protocol default low
priority-list 1 queu-limit 15 20 20 30
The bootcamp answer is below:
priority-list 1 protocol ip high tcp pim-auto-rp
priority-list 1 protocol ipx medium lt 1500
priority-list 1 protocol ip normal
priority-list 1 protocol ipx normal gt 1500
priority-list 1 default low
priority-list 1 queue-limit 15 20 20 30
I thought the question was asking to configure IPX GREATER THAN 1500 bytes
for medium priority
while IPX LESS THAN 1500 bytes to configure for Normal priority.
Reading the bootcamp answers, this seem to reflect the opposite?
Am I just confused here?
thanks,
Luke
