Mike,
I went to your link and checked on Moble IP (didn't see anything for LAM)
and it was released in 12.1.3 IOS. Which is what I found when trying to
configure it in IOS 12.0.x.

According to the CCO IOS Feature Navigator, it was available in 12.0(1)T.
