If I remember rightly you have to go into controller configuration and
assign all the timeslots to one channel group. So, instead of:
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-2
channel-group 1 timeslots 3-6
channel-group 1 timeslots 7-8
etc
You add them all in one go:
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-30
