If it is anything like the 2000 Power Sessions, then I *highly* recommend
attending. I was given the PDF files of the 2000 session a long time ago
and glanced through them - Yesterday I came across them again and started
reading them one more time. They are FULL of pertinent and detailed
information about the CCIE lab itself as well as the technologies covered
on the lab. Better yet, they're straight from the horse's mouth. I
noticed that a bulk of the lab-related questions asked on this lab are
covered in these presentations as well.

I definitely suggest that anyone with their lab date upcoming, go through
them one more time as part of their strategy planning. My lab is tomorrow
and I'm sure they will help.
