Roman,
I beleive you had to use the Policy routing because of
both the reason, One
being that you can not use the multiple frame map
statement and second being
that you can not use the ip ospf network statement.

If you are allowed to use multiple frame statement
then you can make ospf
work without ip ospf network type since all the
interfaces are by default
non broadcast, (By neighbor statement). If you were to
allow the ip ospf
network statement then you could configure the ip ospf
network point to
point.

Again i am not saying everything would work without
multple frame statement
but atleast the problem of ospf adjuncacies will be
resolved
